Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Amazing customer service. I'm handicapped and use a cane so when I was leaving the store with hands full, the female employee held the door open for me. Ive never had customer service like that. However upon eating one of the salads I purchased, I bit down on an unsuspecting olive pit and that hurt my teeth. Other than the olive pit, I have no complaints!

Ordered a chicken bacon articoke as a stuffed pizza and a 5 meat stuffed pizza. Baked the chx, bacon and artichoke one and it was so salty we couldn’t eat it and took it back this morning. I was informed they usually don’t do that type of pizza in a stuffed because of the seasoning on that one is salty?!? Ummm…no they got shaker happy and refused to make a new one…terrible customer service… no matter stuffed pizza or not it was terrible..

These people are awesome! Helped us pick a good vegan option pizza. And even though they couldn't help us bake it, they helped us find a place and when cheese accidentally got put on it, they replaced it with another. (: you guys are so awesome, keep it up. Always believe in the good things coming.

What a cool crew. They work really well together. I like extra everything on my pizza. If you tell special instructions they will happily do it for you. They just add a little extra to the bill. It's worth it.

Tonight I ordered a pizza with no mushrooms, even clarified no mushrooms when they asked again what I had said. Had someone pick up the pizza and when they got back it had mushrooms under the other toppings and not just a few but loaded. I can not even scrape the mushrooms off and still eat it due to my allergy even thought I really shouldn't have to but if it wasn't serve I would have because Im not that petty but in this case Im not risking a trip to the ER. Tried calling 3 times no answer( must have been too close to closing and didn't want to take any orders) and to top it off when I had ordered and hung up I literally told myself well someone hates there job due to the attitude I got when ordering which didn't get to me but was definitely noticed. No impressed and will take my business elsewhere
